返金ポリシー

All items are pre-owned and sold as described. We photograph every item carefully so you can review its actual condition before purchasing — please check the photos closely, as they represent the item you will receive.

Returns are accepted only when the item received is significantly different from what was described and shown in the listing (for example, an undisclosed defect not visible in the photos). To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.

Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference (size, color, style) once the item matches the listing description and photos.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in the same condition it was received, with all original accessories included. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return terms above.
